What to Know Before You Rent with Pat Kelly Equipment Co.

Before you rent with us please be sure to read our Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions.

1. Renter(s) must provide a valid driver’s license prior-to the start of the rental.
2. Renter(s) must meet all insurance requirements prior-to equipment pick-up. Download here: Equipment Insurance Requirements | Truck Mounted Crane Insurance Requirements
3. All new or cash-only rental accounts must provide a valid credit card to be received and charged a deposit with prior approval in the amount of the expected rental. ***Note: Cash-only customers will be required to put a 1-month damage deposit plus the period of rental on their credit card at the start of the rental and maintain any extended rental periods in advance.***
4. Renter(s) must have prior credit approval to start and utilize an open rental account. Interested? Download a Credit Application here.
5. All trucks and hitches must be properly rated for the equipment load haul along with working tail lights or renters will be denied rental until such can be provided. Truck hitches, balls, and accessories are available for purchase inside our contractor's supply store.
6. Renter(s) must provide proper load restraints (tie-downs). Straps, chains, and binders are available for purchase inside our contractor's supply store if needed.
7. Personal protection equipment (i.e. fall protection, helmets, etc.) is not included with the rental but is available for purchase inside our contractor's supply store.
8. Pat Kelly Equipment Co. does not provide operators with equipment rentals. A competent, qualified operator is required to operate and transport all rental equipment (pick-up & delivery service is available). Our experienced rental team is here to explain and familiarize you and/or your operators with the machinery we rent - providing confidence, safety, and efficiency when working on the job. Needing a skilled operator for your next project? Our team will gladly provide referrals for the contractors we serve.
9. Proper equipment operator certifications must be provided prior to equipment rental (i.e. crane operator certification). Varies by type of machinery.
10. Pat Kelly Equipment Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if these terms and conditions are not met prior-to equipment rental.
