Job Description

Construction Equipment Mechanic / Service Technician:
Pat Kelly Equipment Co. is looking for a full-time construction equipment service technician with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a family-owned business environment. This position is primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of light to heavy construction machinery. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual with heavy equipment knowledge specifically skilled in the fields of hydraulics, electronics, and engine repair. This position requires the ability to work well both independently and cohesively with others to troubleshoot, repair, and service various types of heavy machinery for both customer-owned and company owned equipment. Tasks will differ day-to-day as assigned by the service manager.

Skill Requirements:

-Attention to Detail - Some parts need to be in the exact right place, or they will not work. Being able to pay attention to the minute details of heavy equipment repair will be necessary.
-Mechanical Skills - Will need familiarity with parts and components of complex machinery and engines, as well as the tools to fix them.
-Technical Skills - Will need to be familiar with electronics and be able to read schematics, or use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs.
-Manual Dexterity - Good hands and great hand-eye coordination help heavy equipment mechanics be successful.
-Troubleshooting Skills -This individual will need to be able to look at mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, identify problems, and think about possible solutions

Job Description:

Pat Kelly Equipment Co. is currently looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Accounts Receivable Representative who will thrive in a small business environment. The A/R representative works with the Office Manager/Controller to manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the company's accounts receivable cycle through design, implementation, maintenance, and management of all accounts receivable business functions and procedures for the accounts receivable collection process. This individual will coordinate with all internal departments to manage proper invoicing within standard policies reflective of the customer's requirements. He or she shall work with any and all personnel to help assure timely and accurate invoicing and rating occurs.
Reports To: President/Owner

Responsibilities (Duties include, but are not limited to the following):

Oversee customer billing and cash receipts processing
Proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices, and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide timely and accurate payment and account standing information
Assure timely collection of monies due to Pat Kelly Equipment
Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards
Assure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly

Experience Required:

Equipment Yard Associate

Pat Kelly Equipment Co. is looking to for a dynamic individual who enjoys working around equipment and providing excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in the success and efficiency of daily rental operations. The equipment yard associate position is a launching pad for a career in the equipment industry and we’re ready to provide the hands-on training and product knowledge for you to achieve and prosper.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload equipment for customers and our transportation team
- Explain and demonstrate proper operation and safety features of equipment to the renter and user
- Analyze and inspect the condition of the equipment for safety and operational purposes prior to rental and once the equipment is returned.
- Inspect equipment upon return, noting any signs of damage, needs for repair, or missing hardware, and updating each aspect at check-in by radio to counter for efficient and accurate close out
- Clean and wash down equipment with pressure washer once it has been returned
- Maintain housekeeping of rental department and keep the equipment yard organized
- Perform general maintenance of the equipment yard (i.e., snow removal)
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate procedures are followed
- Prepare equipment to the specification on the customer in advance of their arrival
- Fuel and “run-off” equipment prior to customer rental as needed
- Work independently and as a team player to support all department needs
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor, including providing customer service support to the counter staff

Parts & Product Specialist:
